You will work with one of our expert coaches in a one-on-one setting to help define your goals, assess where you currently are, and then design a program to help you achieve the best possible gains in fitness and health.
Personal Training is recommended for anyone who has a sport specific goal, is recovering from an injury, or has been inactive for six months or more.
AS A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT AT FULL RANGE, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH:
- Mobility exercises to help restore and improve joint function
- A strength and conditioning program tailored to your goals
- Nutritional guidance and support
- $50 Per week - restricted plan
- $60 Per week - unlimited plan
- $250 Per pass - 10x class pass
